Finding the right therapist is a process.  Since my clients are typically focusing on attachment injuries and trauma, the connection is key.  Even if you have had a bad experience in the past with counseling, or you are dreading starting with someone new, I promise to help you navigate this process with ease and confidence.  My clients often comment on how comfortable they feel with me right away.  My counseling style is relational and informed by interpersonal neurobiology.
